Basketball-Specific Vertical Jump Training?

210 Comment(s)

Click play to watch the video... The #1 question I've gotten since
posting that video this summer is: "How did you train to jump so high!"
The truth is, I didn't always jump this high - not even close. I was
born with your typical "white boy genetics" - slow, heavy footed and
ground bound.... Continue Reading

The 3-Part In Season "Secrets" Series

89 Comment(s)

// In my last few years of high school, I was pretty advanced in my
training. I got my vertical up close to 40 inches, my shooting and
handles were on-point, and my court feel was razor-sharp. But even
though I dominated every off-season, there was this one specific
problem that kept haunting me... After... Continue Reading

Your In-Season Basketball Training Program

98 Comment(s)

So Pre-Season Peaking was a huge success. Huge. The results are through
the roof, and I have a feeling there are going to be some absolutely
dominant Renegades this season. So it got me thinking... What if we did
the same thing for every season? Pre-Season, In-Season, Off-Season. We
could really maximize year-round training, you... Continue Reading

How To Strategically "PEAK" For The 2010-2011 Basketball Season

84 Comment(s)

In grade 11, I made a critical mistake. See, for the first time I
honestly felt like I had my training completely dialed in all offseason
long... From April to August - perfect. I had my sights set on coming
in and dominating that year... Being team captain, winning the league
MVP award, leading scorer...... Continue Reading

1 Exercise EVERY Single Player Should Use

87 Comment(s)

I call August, September and October "Gut Check Time." Time to ask
yourself TRUTHFULLY whether you've worked hard (and smart) enough so
far this offseason... ...And time to really get FOCUSED for the last 12
weeks of training. Any player can make unbelievable improvements in 12
weeks with the right training. Now is your time... Continue Reading

Get A Basketball Scholarship

88 Comment(s)

Big news! Here's what's going down... I've been getting more and more
emails from players and parents lately asking about the basketball
recruiting process, and how to use it to get that elusive basketball
scholarship. And you know what? I can't blame them... It's a BIG deal!
By now pretty much everyone knows that without the right recruiting
process it's basically impossible... Continue Reading

The TRUTH About Defense

101 Comment(s)

Wanna know the FASTEST way to add 8 points per game to your scoring
average? Get one big defensive hustle play per quarter, and turn it
into a bucket on the other end. Just ONE per quarter! That's it! It
could be a steal, a block into a fast break, or just a forced
turnover...... Continue Reading

"HYBRID" Ball Handling Drills From The Pro Leagues?

125 Comment(s)

When I was in high school, I was a "Garage Dribbler." I spent HOURS
stuck in that cold, grimy dungeon just pounding away at ball wraps,
figure 8s, and two ball drills. And although I was working HARD, I
always had this sneaking suspicion that would run through my mind every
time I pounded the ball... Continue Reading

Basketball IQ: Do You Have It Or Not?

220 Comment(s)

"It was as if he could see three steps ahead of everyone else... While
they were waiting for the play to happen, he was planning the next
one." - Bill Walton on NBA Legend Larry Bird It was driving me crazy...
My coach kept yelling from the bench "hit the cutter!" and "split the
gap!"... Continue Reading

Until I received your program I never knew I could play the way I
do now, score the way I do, and help my teammates score. You
honestly helped me change my game, my mindset, and the way others
look at me.
You gave me a confident mindset of knowing that no matter what
happens in the next game I play, I have the scoring ability that
will help get me to the next level and I am ready to face anyone.

Just wanted to say thanks for your training - my ball handling has
improved now I can beat anyone off the dribble!
You have some of the best programs I've used and my game keeps
getting better! I can't wait to show up next season and shock
everyone with my new game. Thank you so much!

It doesn't matter if you are looking to make the cut for the 8th
grade basketball team, or if you are looking to get a scholarship.
Basketball Renegades will have your back and is the best resource
in my opinion to help you reach your basketball goals.

Modestas Masilionis

In my opinion as a high school player Basketball Renegades has the
best training available. From the programs to the coaching, and the
individualized training, it's the best resource that I've ever
found.
My shooting, scoring, ball handling, and athleticism have all
improved greatly and I'm getting better and better with every
single workout.

Taylor's training sessions far surpassed our expectations. He
customized a program that delivered quick results.
The previous season my son was just a player on his team. This year
he was the "go to guy" thanks to Taylor's teaching abilities.
If you are serious about becoming a better player then you should
definitely be training with Taylor Allan!

Mark Bullock, Chris' Father

Basketball Renegades is the place for serious players to take their
game to the next level. Taylor's training is innovative and
flat-out gets results.
Taylor's knowledge goes beyond just basketball skill training and
his programs and techniques incorporate all aspects of development
that players need to dominate.

Find other ZORGIUM pages using your favorite search engine:

Enter your search keyword(s) and the keyword "zorgium" into the search input field of http://bing.com, http://yahoo.com or http://google.com.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
